We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer a fair and flexible approach while respecting the time dedicated to preparing and delivering our consultations.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend a booked session (a “no-show”), are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
